Tom grew up loving food and wanting to become a chef. Working in the industry and gaining experience and passion. He ventured to the CIA to further his education and opportunities. Then work in some of the countries best kitchen with amazing chefs in NYC, LA and Nappa Valley. He eventually circled back to his roots in Fl to help elevate the Food Scene in Jacksonville.
